Product Authenticity & Warranty Concerns

All devices we supply are genuine, brand-new, factory-sealed products sourced directly from official UK distribution channels. We do not open, tamper with, or alter any stock, as this would mean the item could no longer be sold as new and would breach our manufacturer partner agreements.

For applicable brands, products come with a full manufacturer’s warranty (typically 24 months) starting from the date of purchase. Your VAT invoice acts as proof of purchase and is used to validate this warranty directly with the manufacturer.

If there are any concerns about warranty validation or product authenticity, we’re happy to assist. We can also provide additional documentation (such as updating your invoice with device identifiers where needed).
