Firstly, I'm at a loss as to why there is a mismatch, as seen when we received the item was brand-new Samsung sealed. We do not open/tamper with stock as the devices would not be classed as brand new and are against our terms of the partner program with Samsung. In the case of Samsung, we purchase stock directly from Samsung UK distribution and store the stock till sold.
As mentioned previously, being a member of the Samsung Partner program, the item received is brand new, never used; as such, you have a 24-month Samsung UK warranty from the date of purchase. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund.
Alternatively, we can adjust the invoice to state the IMEI of the watch shown, validating the warranty for this item.
