Really not sure what has happened here, sorry; what you have received is certainly not correct. The only thing I can think is there was an error when picking/packing your order in the warehouse or your parcel was incorrectly labelled, what was the name on the invoice that was within the parcel? Either way was an honest error.
In any case to resolve this I can arrange a swap-out where the incorrect items are collected and the correct items are delivered on the same day or if you prefer a collection for a full refund, could you kindly advise how you wish to proceed? I look forward to hearing back from you.
